We have plenty of smoothies for digestion and bloating – but this one has to be on the top of our list. This is the perfect smoothie for stomach problems because we use kefir which is proven to help digestion.
This digestive smoothie cleanse will make you feel like a new person!

We recommend you drink this smoothie on an empty stomach before eating anything.
We had this smoothie for 1 week in a row and we felt a huge difference. After eating so many cookies, we needed a cleanse 😉

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/200g kefir
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup/100ml of water

Instructions
 

  • Scoop the flesh out of the avocado and put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth! Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
