4-Ingredient Gut-Healing Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup/200g kefir
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 handful of spinach
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/2 cup/100ml of water
Instructions
- Scoop the flesh out of the avocado and put all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth! Serve and enjoy!
