4 Ingredient Vegan Cookies that require cupboard ingredients, are crispy, and melt in the mouth vegan delight!
Imagine cookie dough, but baked… with crunchy chocolate chips in the middle. These 4 ingredients vegan cookies are absolutely melt-in-the-mouth vegan dessert perfection.
All made in 1 bowl, fuss-free, mess-free, no barely any washing up afterward.
Making delicious cookies doesn’t have to be difficult. Also, even if you are not vegan, you will never tell that these cookies are dairy-free, butter-free, egg-free.
We shared them with non-vegan friends and didn’t tell them, that these 4 ingredients cookies are vegan, and they really didn’t notice at all. In fact, they were quite surprised when we told them afterwards that they are vegan.
We almost converted them to veganism! “If all vegan food tastes like this, I don’t mind going vegan”
How to Make 4 Ingredient Vegan Cookies:
You will need:
1. Biscoff Spread
2. Coconut Oil
3. Plain Flour
4. Chocolate Chips
The coconut oil is melted, then mixed with the biscoff spread. The flour is folded in with the chocolate chips.
Wet your hands, and shape 8 small cookies from the dough.
Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
Let them cool on the tray before moving or eating.
Before you bake the cookies, you can press some chocolate chips.
If you are feeling extra, you can fold in nuts, dried fruit into the dough as well if you like.
For the biscoff spread, you can use either smooth or crunchy.

Ingredients
- 1/2 heaped cup/110g of biscoff spread
- 2 tbsp of melted coconut oil
- 1 level cup/100g of plain flour
- 2 generous handfuls of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- The coconut oil is melted, then mixed with the biscoff spread in a bowl. The flour is folded in with the chocolate chips.
- Wet your hands, and shape 8 small cookies from the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Let them cool on the tray before moving or eating.
Notes
