- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen banana slices
- 1/2 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 1 cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients in.
- If the strawberries are too big, slice them for a better blend!
- Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
