Today we have a not-so-traditional smoothie recipe. We combined carrots and apples together!
But you have got to trust us on this because this smoothie is indeed different, but it tastes so good!

Apples and carrots can definitely be eaten together, in fact, it’s a great idea to combine them both.
They both have unique benefits, so when you eat them both, you can the best each has to offer.

As mentioned above, both apples and carrots have unique benefits, so eating them will only benefit you.
As we all know, carrots are rich in Vitamin A, and other goodness, and apples contain fiber which is good for your gut health. But of course, they both have many other benefits.

How To Make Carrot Apple Smoothie With No Banana
You will need:
- Apple
- Walnuts
- Maple Syrup
- Cooked Carrots
- Almond Milk (Or other dairy-free milk for a nut-free recipe)
We wanted to keep this recipe vegan, so we used maple syrup, but feel free to use honey if you are not a vegan.
To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.

Vitamin Rich Apple Carrot Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup75g of cooked carrots
- 1 small gala apple cored and diced
- 1 tbsp of walnuts
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 cup/250ml of almond milk
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
