- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 small apple cored and diced
- 1/2 meduim-sized banana peeled
- 2 tsp of oats we used rolled gluten free
- 1/2 cup/125ml of oat milk use gluten free if needed
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
