Possible Variations Of This Apple Oats Smoothie For Weight Loss
There are some optional changes you can make to this oat smoothie.
Below are some personally tested variations you could try:
- Instead of bananas, you can use mango. The quantity should be the same – 1 cup per serving.
- You can use any other dairy-free milk of choice, such as almond milk.
- You can use any type of apple you like, you can even use green apples.
- For a richer and creamier version of this apple drink, you can add a little bit of peanut butter but do note that this will increase the calories.
- If you are not vegan or dairy-free, adding 1/2 cup of yogurt will make the smoothie creamier, and make it higher on protein.
- If you want to add a low-calorie protein boost to your smoothie, add a scoop of unsweetened protein powder or collagen powder.
