  • 1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted)
  • 1/2 cup of frozen banana chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 shot of brewed coffee (espresso)
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
