Avocado Grape Smoothie

Avocado grape smoothie – not the type of combination you would typically throw in the blender, but hey, we did, and it’s super tasty!

First of all, they are both green, and they both classify as fruit, so technically, nothing wrong is going on here, haha!

Now, this grape and avocado smoothie is made with a handful of ingredients and is naturally vegan and dairy-free too. We used seedless grapes, so no need to worry about picking the seeds off the grapes.

We don’t often buy grapes, just because we don’t find them as tasty as other fruit. But, on the rare occasions when we do, we always have leftovers. We freeze some and eat them as a frozen dessert type of thing, but the rest, we like to add to our smoothies.

This has become quite the regular thing, we just throw some grapes in almost every smoothie, when we do have grapes at home.

We blended this smoothie with some ice, which added a layer of refreshment – perfect on a hot day!

How To Make Avocado And Grape Smoothie

You will need:

1. Avocado
2 White Seedless Grapes
3. Coconut Water
4. Ice

4 ingredients, that’s it, all you need. Once the avocado is prepped up, and the grapes are washed, all you need to do is add all your ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve and enjoy.

  • 1 Blender


  • 2 avocados peeled and stoned
  • cup/150g of white seedless grapes
  • cup/250ml of coconut water
  • 2 ice cubes


  • Once you have prepped the avocados and washed the grapes, combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve!


Best consumed straight away.
