Avocado Spinach Smoothie [Ultra Creamy]
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1/4 large avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 1 medium-sized banana peeled
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt unsweetened
- 3-4 cubes of ice
- 200 ml coconut water
Instructions
- Start by adding the coconut water first into a high-speed blender followed by the spinach, banana, avocado, yogurt, and finally the ice.
- Blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
