- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2–3 soft pitted dates
- 1/3 red apple diced and cored
- 1 tablespoon oats or flaxseeds
- 1 cup almond milk
Instructions
- To a blender, add the apple and almond butter first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth!
- Pour the smoothie into a cup, and enjoy immediately.
