If you are someone who likes softer cookies, then this drop cookie recipe is for you!
These banana oatmeal drop cookies have a dash of cocoa powder too, which makes them that extra special. Adding cocoa powder to cookies is an amazing way to add chocolate flavor to your cookies. As well as thickening cookie batter as well.
Soft banana oat cookies are also vegan-friendly. If you are gluten-free, just use gluten-free oats in the recipe.
These cookies are also like oat raisin cookies. They have oat raisin vibes. If you don’t like dried fruit, leave the raisins out of the recipe.
