Banana and grape smoothie? You may be wondering – what the hell is going on here – can you use grapes in a smoothie? The answer is – yes, very much so!

Obviously, you need to bear in mind that grapes have seeds in them. Oh no, you shouldn’t pick the seeds out of the grapes – simply use seedless grapes! Grapes aren’t used in smoothies typically, so we thought it was time we start using them and make you fall in love with grape smoothies!

This grape banana smoothie has only 4 ingredients and is completely dairy-free and vegan. It’s super refreshing and easy to make – the blender does all the work for you.

Banana and grape smoothie without yogurt or any dairy ingredients added to it of any kind. We used dairy-free milk and it came out fabulous!

How To Make This Banana & Grape Smoothie:

You will need:

1. Grapes – Seedless
2. Banana
3. Oat Milk
4. Walnuts

This is the method: wash the grapes. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve and enjoy!

You can add grapes based on your preference, we used white seedless grapes. Or even add superfood powders for more goodness. There is so much you can do with this recipe, adjust it to your preference.

  • 1/2 large ripe banana peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup/75g of white seedless grapes
  • 1 small handful of walnuts
  • 1 cup/250ml of milk we used oat milk
