This smoothie kiwi banana apple is completely dairy-free, vegan, and full of vitamins and goodness. One of those in the morning will get you going all day full of energy.

If you are also struggling with constipation of any kind, this smoothie is loaded with fiber, which will also help things move.

This smoothie is also relatively low on calories, and it’s quite filling too. We love to drink this smoothie in the morning first thing on an empty stomach. This is particularly good for people as mentioned above who need to…you know, go.

We don’t really suffer from consti[pation often, but we do have days where we eat too much junk, and little fiber, which blocks things out. So, one of these bad boys first thing in the morning will get you going.

How To Make Apple Banana Kiwi Smoothie:

You will need:

  • Apple (we used Gala apple)
  • Kiwi
  • Coconut Water
  • Banana
  • Cinnamon (Optional)

4-5 simple ingredients are all you need to make this banana apple and kiwi smoothie.
This is the method: Peel or do not feel the skin of the kiwi, this is based on your preference, then wash and cut the apple, and peel the banana. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve and drink up!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small kiwi peeled if you like, we didn't peel ours.
  • 1 apple cut into chunks we used Gala apple
  • 1 cup/250ml of coconut water or cold water
  • 1 small ripe banana peeled

Instructions
