If you like beetroots, making this beetroot strawberry smoothie is an absolute must.
You can make a beetroot smoothie with raw beetroot, but we had a bag of cooked steamed beetroot and wanted to use that for our smoothie.

Beetroot has a very earthy flavor and obviously, it gives an incredible color to the smoothies.

Beetroot is known to enhance performance, so they are also ideal for a pre-workout smoothie to get you going.

How To Make Cooked Beetroot Smoothie With Strawberries

You will need:

  • Cooked Beetroot
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Oats
  • Almond Milk

As mentioned above, you can use raw beetroot as well. We used steamed beetroot.

To keep this recipe dairy-free and suitable for vegans, replace the honey with maple syrup and substitute the yogurt for vegan yogurt.

To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
