  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Peanut Butter ( Or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free recipe)
  • Mango
  • Almond Milk (Or other dairy-free milk for a nut-free recipe)

You can add to this recipe so many other ingredients, such as spinach or kale and cocoa powder, but this is optional.

To make this mango smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.
