- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries (or regular blueberries)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 pinches of dark brown sugar
- 1–2 pinches of ground ginger powder
- 1–2 pinches ground nutmeg
Instructions
- To a blender, add the yogurt first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for a minimum of 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the smoothie onto a glass cup and enjoy!
