Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g of frozen blueberries
- 200 ml almond milk unsweetened
- 1 small-to-medium sized ripe banana peeled
- 1 tbsp almond butter unsweetened
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder we used vegan
