- 1 cup of diced fresh cantaloupe
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 apple diced
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Prepare the canteloupe if using whole (Scroll down to see step-by-step pics of how to prepare it)
- Measure the ingredients, then add them all in a blender (preferably add the fresh cantaloupe first)
- Blend for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour into a cup and enjoy!
