Ingredients

  • 1 cup of diced fresh cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 apple diced
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the canteloupe if using whole (Scroll down to see step-by-step pics of how to prepare it)
  2. Measure the ingredients, then add them all in a blender (preferably add the fresh cantaloupe first)
  3. Blend for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
