Smoothie Variations And Recipe Notes:
If you like to experiment, feel free to change the recipe as you like, or, you could try some of my suggestions below:
- Boost With Protein: If you are not avoiding dairy, you can either use 1/2 cup of yogurt, or a scoop of protein powder to add more protein.
- Swap The Fruits: If you don’t mind bananas, you can swap the mango or berries for bananas. You can use different berries for example, or another tropical fruit.
- Add Some Greens: Throw a handful of spinach or kale for extra nutrients without impacting the taste!
What Type Of Chai Can I Use?
I personally used brewed chai tea from a teabag.
However, you can use some other types, such as:
- Chai Powder.
- Chai Syrup.
- Chai Teabags.
- Loose Leaf Chai Tea.
If using chai powder, use 1 teaspoon, as for the syrup, use one teaspoon too.
If using teabags or loose leaves, you will need to brew the tea in warm water.
