Cherries are really close to our hearts. We grew up picking fresh cherries off the trees at the local village. We would play and climb the trees and just have a very careless happy childhood life.

We like to eat and shop for seasonal foods. So, now it’s time for the cherries. We thought, let’s create a delicious cherry smoothie bowl.

How To Make A Smoothie Bowl

The ingredients are:
1. Hemp Seeds
2. Chia Seeds
3.Flaxseeds
4.Banana
5.Frozen Cherries
6. Yogurt, we used dairy-free

 All ingredients are added into a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth. Then pour into your cute smoothie bowl, and add desired toppings. Job done!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/190g of pitted frozen cherries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp of yogurt - use dairy-free for a vegan option
  • 2-3 tbsp of water
  • 1 tsp of hemp seeds we used this brand
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds we used this brand
  • 1 tsp of flaxseeds we used this brand

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth but still quite cold. Top with desired toppings.
