How To Make Chia Banana Boost Tropical Smoothie:

You will need:

1. Frozen Banana Chunks
2. Frozen Mango Chunks
3. Chia Seeds
4. Dairy-Free Milk

It’s important that you freeze the banana & mango beforehand, it really makes a huge difference using a frozen banana & mango. Makes everything a lot more refreshing, thick and delicious.
Once you have got the frozen banana chunks & mango, all the ingredients are added to a blender and blitzed until smooth!

A good quality blender plays an important role to have a great smoothie. We definitely recommend that you get yourself a good blender, if you plan on making smoothies regularly.
But for this recipe, a cheap blender will also work, just make sure you blend everything a bit longer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/150g of frozen banana slices
  • 1/3 cup/50g of frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups/500ml of dairy-free milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of chia seeds

  • Add all the ingredients to a hight-speed blender, and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy.
