Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee (or 1 shot of cooled espresso)
  • 1 tablespoon of oats
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness, thickness, etc.
  • Pour the smoothie into a cup and enjoy!

My Top Tips For Making This A Chunky Monkey Smoothie

  • Use a High-Speed Blender: I have attempted to make this smoothie with a Blendjet, and other lower-speed blenders, and they simply don’t blend the smoothie very well.
  • Blend For a Minimum Of 3-4 Minutes: Make sure you blend the smoothie thoroughly for an ultra-creamy smoothie.
  • Drink The Smoothie Fast: The smoothie is ice cold thanks to the frozen fruit in it, but the sooner it’s blended, the sooner it starts to warm up. So drink it as soon as it’s ready!
