Cinnamon Banana Yogurt Smoothie
- Half a frozen banana peeled
- 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- 1/2 cup/ 100g of low fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup/100ml milk
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup or date paste
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve and enjoy 🙂
