Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 shot of cold espresso (or 1/4 cup of brewed coffee)
  • 56 cubes of ice
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 23 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee, and let it cool.
  2. If your dates are not soft, soak them in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain them and let them cool
  3. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. For about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
