Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee (or 1 shot of cooled espresso)
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup oat milk

Instructions

  • Add the spinach first to a high-speed blender followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  • Blend for 3-4 minutes or until smooth.
