- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of oats
- 1 small scoop of protein powder (Chocolate or peanut butter)
- 1 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (Optional)
Instructions
- To a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients in.
- Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth.
- Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream if you like, and enjoy!
