Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of oats
  • 1 small scoop of protein powder (Chocolate or peanut butter)
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (Optional)

Instructions

  • To a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients in.
  • Blend for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth.
  • Pour into a cup, top with whipped cream if you like, and enjoy!
