How To Make Soft Cornstarch Cookie Recipe With Yogurt:
You will need:
1. Vanilla Yogurt
2. Cornstarch
3. Sugar
4. Egg
4 simple ingredients. That’s it.
The vanilla yogurt, sugar, and egg are beaten together, then the cornstarch is added and mixed. You will end up with a very soft dough, that almost drips if held in the air.
Spoon the dough into round cookie shapes, then bake in the oven for around 16 minutes.
Let them cool and eat up!

Ingredients
- 1 cup/214g of vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups/220g of corn flour
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- 1 meduim sized egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160'C/325'F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- The vanilla yogurt, sugar, and egg are beaten together, then the cornstarch is added and mixed. You will end up with a soft dough, that almost drips if held in the air.
