If you have ever been to Costa Coffee before, you will know that they do some amazing smoothies. One of those is the mango cooler. It’s refreshing, sweet and so refreshing.
However, the problem we always have with buying ready-made smoothies is simply the cost, and the number of unhealthy ingredients sometimes they have added to them.
So, as you know us, we decided to make our own version of the Costa Coffee Mango And Passion Fruit Smoothie.
Are Costa Fruit Coolers Healthy?
The quick answer is no. Costa Coffee fruit coolers contain quite a lot of sugar, quite a lot of it which is added sugar.
However, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a bad choice, there are much unhealthier drinks you can get at Costa Coffee.
How Many Calories are there In a Costa Mango And Passion Fruit Smoothie?
Costa Coffee mango passionfruit smoothie contains roughly 171 calories in a small serving, and it also contains 24.5g of sugar per serving.
How many calories does the homemade copycat costa coffee passionfruit mango smoothie contain? – 188 calories, slightly higher, but the smoothie is much healthier because we have used REAL fruit, rather than some purees.
How To Make Vegan Mango And Passionfruit Cooler Costa
Costa mango passion fruit cooler ingredients
- Frozen Mango
- Passionfruit Pulp
- Passionfruit Juice
- Ice
If you want to boost the protein of this smoothie, you can add some chia seeds.
To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth.

Costa Mango And Passion Fruit Smoothie
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g of Frozen mango
- 1 passion fruit flesh and seeds scooped to the blender
- 4 ice cubes
- 100 ml of mango or passion fruit juice
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
