These cookies are completely gluten-free too, and perfectly chocolatey. They are perfect for breakfast, midday snacks, or before/after you hit the gym.
Cookies made with cottage cheese may sound a little bit gross, but believe them, you really can’t taste the cottage cheese in these cookies.
Keto cottage cheese cookies are low carb, and may just about pass for keto, if you have 1 of those cookies for example, and the rest of the day you stick to minimum carbs you can still meet your keto requirements.
Cottage Cheese Cookies Recipe:
You will need:
1. Low Fat Cottage Cheese
2. Cocoa Powder
3. Coconut Sugar
4. Almond Flour
5. Egg
5-ingredients only to make delicious healthy cookies!
The method is simple; beat the cottage cheese with the egg, then add the sugar and mix. Finally, add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
I made medium-sized cookies, so the dough was enough for 5 cookies. Bakes them and let them cool completely before tucking in.
Now, you can make different variations of these cookies. If you want to keep these cookies strictly keto, then use stevia to sweeten them.
You can also fold in sugar-free chocolate chips in the cookie dough. The options are endless – make this recipe yours!

Cottage Cheese Cookies
Ingredients
- 7/8 cup/140g of cottage cheese
- 1 cup/100g of almond flour
- 1 small egg
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp of coconut sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C and line 1 baking tray with parchment paper.
- Beat the cheese with the egg, then add in the sugar and mix.
- Fold in the almond flour and cocoa powder.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop balls from the dough, and press them down to flatten them onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-16 minutes in the oven.
- Cool completely on the tray before eating.
