You will need:

The smoothie comes out perfectly thick and sweet enough, however, if you like your smoothies very sweet, you can add a teaspoon of liquid sweetener as well.

To make this smoothie – simply add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until completely smooth, make sure you blitz for long enough so that the pumpkin seeds get blended well.

  • 1 small kiwi peeled or unpeeled, based on your preference
  • 1/4 avocado skin removed
  • 3-4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 300 ml of dairy-free milk

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth. Make sure you blend long enough so you can break the pumpkin seeds.
  • Serve and enjoy!
