You will need:
- Cucumber
- Kale
- Coconut Water
- Avocado

The smoothie is absolutely raw, if you use 100% coconut water, making this green smoothie suitable for raw vegans and WFPB.
You can substitute the kale for spinach if you don’t fancy it or have kale at home.

Cucumber Smoothie For Weight Loss
Equipment
- 1 Blender We used this one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup/75g of cucumber washed and diced
- 1/4 avocado peeled and pitted
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup/250ml coconut water
- 1 handful of kale
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
