This bloody merry smoothie is low on calories, filling, vegan, dairy-free, and low on carbs too!

Why should you be eating them? – Well tomatoes are loaded with a substance called lycopene. They can help protect your cells from damage. Tomatoes also have potassium, vitamins B and E, and other nutrients.
They boost digestive health, help with diabetes management, boost skin health,  and can protect your heart.

How To Make Bloody Merry Smoothie:

You will need:

1. Tomato
2. Tomato Juice
3. Tobasco
4. Celery
5. Vodka (Optional)
6. Ice
7. Salt

All the ingredients are added to a blender and are blitzed. Simple as that!
You can serve it with extra ice if you like. This smoothie is so refreshing and delicious, and surprisingly filling too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/220ml of tomato juice
  • 1 medium-sized tomato washed, trimmed and diced
  • 2-3 drops of tobasco - or to taste
  • a small handful of celery diced
  • 2 ice cubes
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 shot of vodka optional

Instructions
 

  • Once you wash and pepare the tomato and celery - add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Seve and enjoy!

Best consumed straight away.
