When you need a caffeine fix, make a smoothie, you won’t regret it!
We love coffee in our house. And we love chocolate…We don’t start our day without a cup of coffee. (first and foremost, we do always start the day with a smoothie too, then coffee)
So, if we could do what we like to do every morning, but put it in one bowl, how cool would that be? The smoothie and the coffee together, in one bowl, one pure creamy joy. Bring it on.
Also, the added chocolate in there just makes everything better, maybe even perfect.
We used fancy cacao, but the cocoa powder will do the job as well. I mean, come on, the coffee and chocolate combo is quite well-known, and man it works so well!
Give this smoothie bowl a go, you won’t regret it.
How To Make Vegan Coffee Chocolate Smoothie Bowl:
You will need:
1. Frozen Banana Chunks
2. Instant Coffee
3. Maple Syrup
4. Dairy-Free Milk
5. Cacao Powder
To make this chocolate banana smoothie – it’s essential that you have frozen bananas, and that they are cut into chunks before freezing.
You really don’t want to try to blend a whole frozen banana (Believe us, we’ve tried)
Once you have got frozen bananas, all the ingredients are added to a food processor (Yes food processor, not a blender, unless you have a Vitamix of course)
Dollop the blended creaminess onto your smoothie bowls and add your desired toppings!
We hope you enjoy this coffee chocolate smoothie!
