Cornflake clusters are one of our favorite desserts. They are crispy, chocolatey, and just so comforting.
It’s essentially a chocolate cluster, it’s just shaped into a cookie. But we thought to still call them a cookie anyway!
You can make these chocolate cluster cookies vegan as well, as long as you use vegan chocolate.
You really need to make this recipe, they are so tasty and super easy to make. They will become your new favorite for the whole family!

What Are Chocolate Clusters?
They are basically chocolate-covered cornflakes. The chocolate is melted, then mixed with the cornflakes. They are shaped, then chilled in the fridge or freezer to harden. That’s it!
It’s so easy to make them.
How To Make Easy Cornflake Cluster Cookies:
You will need:
1. Cornflakes
2. Chocolate
The Cornflakes are crushed slightly, then the chocolate is melted. The melted chocolate is mixed with the cornflakes, then using a spoon, make your desired shapes onto a flat plate or a tray lined with parchment paper..
pop them in the freezer for 1 hour, or in the fridge for 2 to set and get crunchy.
Eat up and enjoy!
Store these chocolate clusters in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months!
