Easy Healthy Snickers Smoothie

This Easy Healthy Snickers Smoothie is the perfect little smoothie dessert to have, or even for breakfast as it’s healthy and has healthy ingredients.
We love snickers, hence the reason why we even made snickers chunk cookies!

However, with smoothies, we generally try to keep them healthier. So this recipe is actually healthy, and it tastes like snickers. A win-win.

Chocolate doesn’t have to be an unhealthy treat, you can make healthy treats with chocolate easily. This smoothie recipe is made with nutritious ingredients like bananas, cocoa, and nut butter. Perfect for a healthy breakfast, or late-night snack.

So what makes snickers?

Chocolate, peanuts, caramel.

We have all of these ingredients here.
We do, however, use dates to replace the caramel for a healthier version.

How To Make Snickers Smoothie:

Ingredients:
1. Peanut Butter
2.Cocoa Powder
3.Dates/Date Syrup
4.Oat Milk/or Dairy Milk
5.Banana

All ingredients are added to a blender and blitzed to perfection. We recently bought a Vitamix blender, and we really like it and highly recommend it, if you make smoothies regularly.
We decorated the smoothie jar with chocolate sauce, but that’s optional.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp of date syrup or 2 pitted dates
  • 1 1/2 cups/350ml of oat milk or dairy milk if not vegan

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
