You will need:

1. Fresh Peaches
2. Fresh Raspberries
3. Coconut Water

To make this peach smoothie no banana recipe – wash and prepare the peaches and raspberries, then add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend everything until completely smooth. Should take 2-3 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/3 cups/200g of sliced peaches
  • 1 cup/150g of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup/110ml of coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Wash and prepare the peaches and raspeberries.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy 🙂

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
