These Easy Reese’s Stuffed Peanut Butter Cookies are literally to die for. Especially if you are a peanut butter fan + a cookie fan = this is your dream made true. The recipe is super simple and easy to make. Can also be easily doubled.
This is the ultimate dessert recipe. If you want to impress your guests or family, this recipe is perfect. A very naughty cookie recipe, but so tasty!

We love peanut butter in our household, so naturally, we like Reese’s peanut butter cups too. We thought to do something really naughty and stuff these bad boys into cookies.
It was super easy, and the result was show-stopping.

The texture is thick, soft, and chewy peanut butter taste with a super soft ‘melty’ center packed with a bold nutty flavor. It’s the perfect Peanut Butter Cookie lover recipe!

With the use of household staples and a few extras in this recipe, these cookies are made to perfection with effortless touch.

How To Make Reese’s Stuffed Cookies:

You will Need:

1. Peanut Butter – either crunchy or smooth
2.All-purpose flour
3.Reese’s peanut butter cups
4.Cornflour
5.Sugar – brown and white
6. Butter
7.Egg
8. Baking Powder & Baking Soda

In a large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy either using an electric whisk or manually.
Add in the egg, and beat again . Add the flour, cornflour, and baking soda, and powder. Fold the ingredients well.

Shape 5 medium-sized balls out of the dough, and either roll them, or spread each ball with your hand, and place 1 Reese’s cup in the middle of each flattened ball. Close off the edges and roll it into a ball shape again.
Add the stuffed balls onto the 2 baking sheets leaving plenty of space between each ball.

Bake for about 13-15 minutes until golden on the edges. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before cutting or eating.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup/95g All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp corn starch
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 cup/56g of soft unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup/55g brown sugar packed (light or dark)
  • 2 tbsp of white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup/125g of creamy peanut butter
  • 1 small egg
  • 5 thin Reese's peanut butter cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F/175C, & line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper, and set aside

Notes

We recommend adding 3-4 cookies per baking sheet, as they need plenty of space.
Cookies will last in an air-tight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
