Well, this mango smoothie tastes sweet, with notes of honey, and slightly thick because of the oats. The coconut comes in beautifully with refreshing notes.
And it does that with just 4-ingredients and takes just 5-minutes.
A healthy mango smoothie can be made in under 5 minutes, which makes it the perfect quick drink to have on a hot day.
Mango smoothie without banana is made using only 4-ingredients:
1.Mango
2.Coconut Water
3.Oats
4.Honey
That’s it. You don’t need a lot to make something delicious! The method is simple – add all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Also, you won’t need any fancy blender for the job, we used 30 bucks one and it does wonders for us.
Frozen mango smoothie can be made using frozen mango too. However, if you do use frozen mango, you may need to add a touch more coconut water.

Easy Refreshing Mango Honey Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup/150g of sliced mango you can use frozen too
- 1 tbps of oats
- 1/2 tsp of honey or maple syrup if vegan
- 1 cup/220ml of coconut water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
- Serve with some ice if you like.
