Easy Gooey Double M&M Cookies that are naughty, but so delicious and so worth the calories.
So here’s the story behind these cookies – basically, we bought a jar of m&m spread a couple of weeks back, but we didn’t really eat it much. So it just stayed in the cupboards for a couple of weeks.
We thought it would be an epic idea if we used both the m&m spread and m&m chips. Like, come on, who doesn’t like M&M’s? We eat those buggars all the time. Especially in the cinema, a packet of M&M’s is a must.
These cookies guys are another level. They are crispy on the outside and gooey in the middle. The m&m chips give extra crunch. We think these double M&M cookies are one of our favorite cookies actually.
If you like a proper strong, sweet cookie, you will love this recipe! It’s also super simple to make, and no chilling of the cookie dough is required.
How To Make Gooey Double M&M Cookies:
You will need:
1. M&M Spread
2. M&M Chips
3. Flour
4. Egg
6. Sugar – white and brown
7. Raising Agents
Preheat the oven to 360F/180C and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Beat the sugars and M&M spread together for 1-2 minutes.
Add the egg, then fold in the flour, bicarb, and baking powder.
Finally, fold in the M&M’s.
Shape the cookie dough into 2.30oz/65g balls. Should make about 15. And place 3-4 each per baking sheet with plenty of space between them. Do not flatten them, they will flatten naturally when they bake.
Bake in the oven for 13 minutes for gooey middle, or 15-16 minutes for crispier cookies.
Let them cool on the sheet for 10 minutes before moving them and repeating the process with the rest of the cookies.

- 170g / 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp of caster sugar
- 250g /1 3/4 cups of plain flour
- 1 medium-sized egg
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 180g /1 heaped cup of M&M's

Cookies will last in an air-tight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
