Grape Cookies With Oats And Pumpkin Seeds – a perfect treat for children. A sneaky little way of getting your children to eat nutritious food in the form of a cookie.
We love grapes, but when we buy a punnet, there are always leftovers. Typically, we would throw them in a smoothie, or freeze them, but you get bored of that.
These cookies are soft, sweet, and pack a lot of goodness. Perfect for small children who cannot chew hard cookies. These cookies will surely benefit you and your kids.
What happened was, we were visiting our nephews and we needed to bring something for them. they are between 5-7, so we thought to make a batch of these grape cookies with banana and oats.
We used seedless grapes for the purpose though, so need to worry about getting rid of seeds.
Oh, these cookies are totally vegan, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and can be made gluten-free too if you use gluten-free oats.
