Green Apple Smoothie
- 1 green apple diced and cored
- 1 handful of spinach washed
- 2-3 leaves of mint
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup75g of mango
- 200 ml of cold water
- Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth.
