11 Healthiest Jamba Juice Menu Items Listed

Have you joined the smoothie trend yet? Smoothies can be used as a form of meal replacement, however, they can also be used as a way to enjoy getting more nutrition into your diet.

It is so awesome that you can put pretty much anything in a smoothie.

Although you can make your own healthy smoothies at home, with few calories and all of the nutrition, and none of the added sugars, it is not always an ideal option.

This is why sometimes a smoothie from Jamba Juice is just what you need to hold you over on your smoothie addiction. But, what is the healthiest Jamba juice?

If you do want to get a smoothie from Jamba Juice, watch out for the ones which are packed with sugar, some can even contain as much sugar as coke can. Some of these sugars come from juices and fruit naturally, but not most of them.

While we have spoken about the best, healthiest Jamba Juice menu items, we also need to think about what you should avoid from Jamba Juice. Some of the items we have mentioned above have a high sugar count, however, they can have even worse features in some cases.

Let’s have a quick look over what you should avoid if you are going to Jamba Juice and want something healthy.

The worst of Jamba Juice Robeks is the Cardio Cooler. While the description of this smoothie says that it is high in vitamin C, protein, and fiber, and it is, it is high in calories and sugar. It contains two types of sherbet, so it comes in at 45 grams of sugar and 244 calories in one 12 oz cup alone!

The worst of the classic smoothies is the Strawberry Surf Rider. Its smallest option is 16 oz, and it contains 300 calories and 64 grams of sugar. However, it only has 2 grams of fiber, and since its base is lemonade and lime sherbert it is quite high in sugar.

Weirdly this smoothie tastes mostly like lemon and lime, so the name of it is a bit confusing since by the name you would expect it to taste like Strawberries.

Other Unhealthy Items At Jamba Juice

  • Orange Dream Machine
  • RB Chocolate Love.
  • PB + Banana Protein
  • White Gummi
  • Acai Super Antioxidant
  • Purely Orange Juice
  • Chunky Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
  • Sourdough Parmesan Pretzel
  • Apple Cinnamon Pretzel
  • Sweet Belgian Waffle

With any of the smoothies on our list, you could add Greek yogurt, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, or kale for only $0.75 extra. You can also add boosts to these, including a caffeine boost or a Whey Protein boost.

You can spend $5 on a small smoothie from Jamba Juice, and while it may seem too much, it is good for what you get. Their options can be a bit on the expensive side, and not always healthy when you are trying to watch how much sugar you ingest, but their drinks do taste really good.

We are not super Jamba Juice fans, because they are a bit overpriced, but it is a nice option if you want to have a nice quick lunch between college classes, or on your break from work.

We prefer making our own smoothies without adding in extra sugar, however, getting the right smoothie from here can be a good choice for your health.
