It’s filling, nutritious and high on fiber. This pear and apple smoothie is naturally dairy-free and vegan too!

Pears and apples are nearing the end of the season, so we have loads at home. Gotta make use of them, so we decided to make a filling, high-fiber smoothie, by combing the two fruits together.
W thought walnuts or something nutty would work well in this smoothie, so we added a handful of walnuts, it was definitely a good idea for sure!

How To Make Apple & Pear Smoothie:

You will need:

1. Apples
2. Pears
3. Walnuts
4. Almond Milk

Wash the apples and pears and diced them. Do not peel them, as most of the fiber is in their skins. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Serve and enjoy!

  • 2 small pears
