Pears and apples are nearing the end of the season, so we have loads at home. Gotta make use of them, so we decided to make a filling, high-fiber smoothie, by combing the two fruits together.
W thought walnuts or something nutty would work well in this smoothie, so we added a handful of walnuts, it was definitely a good idea for sure!
