Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie that tastes incredible and tastes just like apple pie…but in a smoothie! This smoothie is delicious for breakfast, snack or even a healthy dessert!
We have an abundance of apples, so we really needed to get creative and try to use them up.

We did apple desserts, apple compote, add puree…but we ran out of options after that. So we thought to create a smoothie, but with a twist!
The result was amazing – who knew you could have apple pie in your smoothie?

Since we made homemade applesauce earlier in the week, we used it to make this delicious apple pie smoothie.
We topped the apple pie smoothie with some granola and had it for breakfast! Just so yum!

We highly recommend that you use homemade applesauce because it’s so much healthier and tastes a lot better.
This delicious apple pie smoothie is naturally dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan!

How To Make Homemade Apple Pie Smoothie:

You will need:

1. Apple Sauce
2. Oats
3. Peanut Butter
4. Maple Syrup
5. Cinnamon
6. Nutmeg
7. Almond Milk

Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until smooth. Serve and top with granola if you like. Enjoy!
You can use any dairy-free or non-dairy-free milk if you like. Also, if you are not a fan of peanut butter, feel free to sub it for other nut butter, or sunflower seed butter for a nut-free option.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp of homemade applesauce
  • 1 cup/220ml of dairy-free milk
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp of oats we used GF oats
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a blender, and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve and top with granola if you like. Enjoy!
