- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp almond butter (unsweetened)
- 1–2 scoops of protein powder depending on serving size (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
Instructions
- To a blender, add the yogurt and protein powder first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and drink the smoothie immediately.
