Healthy Chocolate Mousse Smoothie
- 1 medium-sized avocado
- 1 ripe medium-sized banana
- 1 tsp of date paste or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder cocoa powder also works
- 1 cup/220ml of cold Water
- Peel the banana, prepare the avocado and add all the ingedients into a blender. Whizz untill smooth - about 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
If you use a frozen banana, you may need to add more water to reach the desired consistency.
