A guilt-free way to satisfy those chocolate cravings. I know the ingredients may seem a little weird, but I swear this tastes just like chocolate pudding! Feel free to make substitutions with more common ingredients.

Also, don’t be scared of the fat content of this smoothie – it’s all heart-healthy fats!

Chocolate smoothie easy recipe ingredients:

1. Avocado
2.Cacao 
3.Banana
4. Maple Syrup Or Date Paste
5.Water

Everything is blended until smooth and there you have it! A regular 30 bucks blender will do the job.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium-sized avocado
  • 1 ripe medium-sized banana
  • 1 tsp of date paste or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of cacao powder cocoa powder also works
  • 1 cup/220ml of cold Water

Instructions
 

  • Peel the banana, prepare the avocado and add all the ingedients into a blender. Whizz untill smooth - about 2 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
If you use a frozen banana, you may need to add more water to reach the desired consistency.
