Dates – We only used 1 date just for sweetness, otherwise it’s not as tasty, and it will be difficult to drink the smoothie if you are not enjoying it. Remember, stools are a form of toxin, once the food is digested, really, the quicker it goes out the better.

You will need:

2. Ginger

Healthy Keto Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1-2 tsp of freshly minced ginger
- 1 pitted date
- 1 cup/250ml of cold water
- 1/2 lemon - juice only
- 1/2 avocado pitted and flesh scooped out
