You are probably thinking – why kiwi mango smoothie? And we are here to tell you that it works so well. You see, the mango is sweet, and the kiwi is sweet too, but it’s sort of tangy. So the sweetness of the mango cuts through it beautifully.
This mango and kiwi smoothie is super easy to make. All you need is 4 simple healthy ingredients. And the benefits of this smoothie are enormous. You get a super nutritious drink ready in 3 minutes or less.
Smoothie with kiwi and mango is also dairy-free, vegan, and has notes of tropical. We used pure coconut water as the liquid, and it made this smoothie – just perfect.
Now, as mentioned above, we used oats, but if you are intolerant to them, or just don’t like them, we recommend adding chia seeds instead.

The method is easy; prepare the kiwi and mango, then all the ingredients are added to a high-speed blender and blitzed until smooth. Pour over ice if you like.

Healthy Mango Kiwi Smoothie
- 1 Blender
- 1 small kiwi peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup/75g of mango flesh
- 1/2 cup/125ml of coconut water
- 1 tbsp of oats or chia seeds
- The method is simple; after you've prepared the mango and kiwi, combine all the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour over ice and mint if you like, and serve!
