Immune-Boosting Anti-Cold Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 carrot peeled and grated
- 1 small green apple diced
- 2 tbsp of minced fresh ginger root
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Juice of 1 fresh orange
- 1 cup /200ml of water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blitz u till smooth.
- Serve & enjoy!
