Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 small green apple diced
  • 2 tbsp of minced fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Juice of 1 fresh orange
  • 1 cup /200ml of water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blitz u till smooth.
  • Serve & enjoy!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
