Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup/200ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 +1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup/120g carrots shredded

Instructions
 

  • I squeezed orange juice myself, but you can buy orange juice from the shop.
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Best consumed straight away, however, you could refrigerate and drink the next day. Just stir it all back in.
