Immune Boosting Orange & Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup/200ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 +1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger minced
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 cup/120g carrots shredded
Instructions
- I squeezed orange juice myself, but you can buy orange juice from the shop.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
