Smoothie Variations And Recipe Notes
You can customize this smoothie in various ways.
Some of my favorite variations include:
- The Berry: You can use any berry you like or have, doesn’t have to be strawberries. I have tested blueberries and blackberries, which add a nice deep dark color.
- No Banana: Swap the banana for frozen mango or pineapple. These two fruits are stronger tropical tasting, which complements the jackfruit very well.
- Protein Boost: Add a scoop of protein powder and boost the protein content of this smoothie bowl easily.
- Nut-Free: Swap the peanut butter for a tablespoon of flax or chia seeds.
