Jackfruit Smoothie Bowl
Equipment
- 1 Blender we use this one
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup//100g can of drained jackfruit
- 1 1/3 cups/200g of frozen bananas pre-sliced
- 1 cup/75g of strawberries
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 50 ml of dairy free milk
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the jackfruit if using from a can. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender, or a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
